An intense and inter-active pad workout based primarily on Muay Thai kick boxing with some Jeet Kune Do (JKD) and Kali kickboxing skills thrown in. Class format consists of rigorous rounds of partner pad work. This is a “contact” class, where you will be hitting and striking pads (fucus mitts, kicking shields) held by you and your partner. Basically, it is alternating rounds of intense interval cardio.
Striking skills cover include jabs, crosses, various elbow strikes, knees, front kicks, round kicks. Multiple defensive movements and clinching is also covered.

Personal training with a big emphasis on functional movement, whole body integration and muscular syncronization. Definitely not your typical “workout” or personal training session!
